A new app, Mobile Citizen, is now available to download to your smartphone to report incidents around the City. Fallen trees, branches, graffiti, and more can be submitted through this user-friendly app.

If you have the ConnecTO app, it will be deactivated and no longer
accept requests as of May 11, 2022.

That’s why we have MaintStar Mobile Citizen, a simple, convenient tool that puts City Hall at your fingertips. You can submit a request using the Service Request button above. You can create an account to track the status of your request, or make a report anonymously.
