There are 158 traffic signals in the City, 129 of which are owned by the City. The other 29 traffic signals are managed by CalTrans and are typically located on freeway on/off-ramps and overpasses.

Flashing Yellow Arrow

In January 2016, the City Council approved a recommendation by the Traffic and Transportation Advisory Commission to install Flashing Yellow Arrow signals at five intersections in the City.
