As part of the City's ongoing maintenance program, the Public Works Department rehabilitates various wastewater lines and maintenance holes throughout the City with annual pipe relining and maintenance hole relining technologies.
PROJECT TIME FRAME
On November 16, 2021, City Council authorized the project to advertise for public bids. Construction is estimated to begin in the Spring of 2022.
This project is being funded by the City's Wastewater Capital Fund Budget.
The trenchless pipe rehabilitation technologies provide extended life to wastewater pipes and maintenance holes while avoiding the traditional, invasive, and longer-term construction method of digging, removing, replacing, and repairing.
PROJECT MAP AND IMPACTS
Provided is a vicinity and location map of the various locations for the project. Before construction takes place, the City and Contractor will notify homeowners and businesses near the project.
The construction of these improvements will happen during daytime and night-time hours. The City will update these construction hours here.
There will be some temporary impacts on vehicular and pedestrian traffic during construction, including traffic lane closures. This webpage will be updated continuously with the latest information available.
