PROJECT DESCRIPTION
- The project location will be at various locations. (see Vicinity Map)
- The works include the fabrication and installation of full capture trash control devices at 42 high-priority catch basins locations throughout the City (see Vicinity Map). Related work also includes pre-installation cleaning and disposal of waste such as debris, dirt, and residual metal scraps from selected catch basins.

BUDGET/FUNDING (HOW MUCH/FROM WHO)
A construction contract has been awarded to United Storm Water, Inc. (City of Industry, CA) in the amount of $65,252.94. This project is funded with Stormwater Funds.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS/BENEFITS
The combination of an exterior screening device and a secondary interior screen (connector pipe screen, CPS) works together to effectively reduce the amount of trash entering the storm drain system. Catch basins previously retrofitted in this manner are considered to be in full compliance with the State’s trash and litter water quality requirements.
