Need Assistance With Your Water & Wastewater Bills?

The City of Thousand Oaks' utility assistance program (UAP) can provide financial assistance for water and wastewater customers! For eligible customers, the program provides $60.00 per year in wastewater assistance and a $120.00 per year in water bill assistance.

For wastewater service assistance, effective July 1, 2021, wastewater service charges for single-family residential, condominium, and townhome customers will be billed through the Ventura County property tax roll. Eligible property owners will continue to receive their wastewater assistance. For new customers in this category (property owners only), the deadline to apply for annual assistance on the fiscal year's tax roll (July 1st through June 30th) is June 30th preceding the new fiscal year.
