Through a unique public/private partnership with the City, the Thousand Oaks Alliance for the Arts (TOARTS) serves as the official nonprofit fundraising arm of the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza’s Bank of America Performance Arts Center.
The mission of TOARTS is “To advance, support, and present visual and performing arts, cultural events, and arts education at the Bank of America Performing Arts Center.” TOARTS supports its mission through programs such as CAP Presents, Kids & The Arts and the Dr. Raymond Olson Community Performance Grants.

Agendas and Minutes
Agendas are the list of subjects to be discussed at the meeting. According to the California Ralph M. Brown Act, only topics listed on the public agenda can be discussed at that particular meeting so citizens are notified of the subject of the meeting. Action Minutes are the official record of business conducted at TOARTS Board meetings.
Regular Meeting Agendas and staff reports are available for review at the Cultural Affairs Department, 2100 E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard, Thousand Oaks (main agenda posting location pursuant to the Brown Act, G.C. 54954.2(a)) a minimum of 72 hours prior to the meeting.
Special Meeting Agendas are posted a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
TOARTS regular Board meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month and are held in the City’s Acorn Room.
