Application Procedure
- Contact a planner at (805) 449-2323 or planning@toaks.org to discuss your project and determine the appropriate applications to submit via TO/24. Calls and emails are returned within 24-business hours.
- Submit your application online through the TO/24 Virtual Land Use Service. See How to Submit a Planning Application for details. Please note that all applications must be submitted electronically as .pdf files. Paper documents are no longer accepted.
- Payments may be made online through your TO/24 account or HERE with a precise invoice number.
- Effective July 1, 2023, new user fees go into effect. Please click HERE to view.
