Purpose:  The Community Development Director or designee has the authority to decide administrative cases including smaller development projects, minor changes to existing projects, new custom homes, and certain major additions to existing single-family homes. An Administrative Public Hearing is scheduled if requested by an interested party.  

Administrative Public Hearing Notices:  Public Hearing Notices are published 14 days prior to a scheduled hearing.  To view any upcoming notices, click here.

Meetings:  Hearings are scheduled as needed and are typically held on Thursdays at 3:00 P.M., in the Board Room at City Hall, or as indicated on the agenda. Decisions of the Administrative Hearing Officer may be appealed to the Planning Commission.
