Location Certification
Prior to submitting the application packet, applicants must request location certification for their proposed business site. This verifies that the location meets the City's requirement as outlined in the ordinance. Please mail or hand-deliver the Location Certification form to the Community Development counter at City Hall. No appointment is necessary, however certification may take up to 10 days to process. The linked map provides a general guideline for where cannabis businesses may be located. 

Live Fingerprint Scan
Fingerprinting is required and applicants must submit their live scan receipt along with their application. The fee for the service is $49 plus a rolling fee charged by the live scan facility. Please call the 
listed business first to confirm they are still offering live scan services.
