Received report on Landscaping Upgrades, Forestry Master Plan Demonstration Sites (MI 2545); approved project design, plans, specifications, and Addenda Nos. 1 and 2 and awarded construction contract to United Irrigation, Inc.
Received Cannabis Regulations and Operations Update verbal report; directed staff to return to Council around May with analysis and options regarding municipal code amendment to address cannabis deliveries, and procedural options regarding establishment of cannabis testing laboratory; staff to return to Council after summer recess to provide update on cannabis
Approved Planning Commission appointment of Kevin Kohan to serve term ending December 2020; appointment of Nelson Buss and reappointment of David Newman and Sharon McMahon to serve terms ending December 2022
Approved Traffic and Transportation Advisory Commission appointment of Lawrence Imel and reappointments of Angie Simpson and Rick Lemmo to serve terms ending December 2022
