Purpose: The Planning Commission reviews and decides applications for commercial, residential, industrial, and other development projects. The Commission also makes recommendations to the City Council on matters related to the City's General Plan, zoning ordinance and other City planning policies and regulations. City residency is required.
Members: Five members appointed by City Council to serve four year terms, concurrent with appointing councilmember.
Meetings: Monday's prior to City Council meetings. No meetings during summer recess.
