Purpose: The Conejo Open Space Trails Action Committee (COSTAC) will act in a supporting role to the Conejo Open Space Conservation Agency (COSCA), under the direction of COSCA staff.  Committee members provide support for, and may participate in, the volunteer programs approved by the COSCA Board of Directors, and may also assist with trail construction and maintenance.  To view the COSTAC Purpose document go to http://www.conejo-openspace.org/assets/costac-purpose.pdf.

Members: 11 Members serve three years, rotating.
