Capital Facilities Committee
Purpose: Committee reviews City facilities capital improvement projects.

Finance/Audit Committee
Purpose: Committee meets with the City's external auditors in compliance with SAS 114 (Communication with Audit Committees), issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. SAS 114 establishes a requirement for the auditors to communicate with those charged with governance.
Committee also reviews the City's financial reporting and budget processes and assists in the delivery of accurate financial information to the public.

Intergovernmental Relations Committee
Purpose: Committee reviews funding priorities and issues related to other state and regional governmental bodies.
Members: Conejo Valley Unified School District, Conejo Recreation & Park District, and City of Thousand Oaks.
Meetings: Meets as required; Inactive.
