The Arts & Culture Roundtable shall consist of up to 15 at-large members and is meant to serve as a convening body to bring together representatives of local arts organizations, local working artists, and arts educators to discuss issues, challenges, and collaborative opportunities in the community.
The Arts & Culture Roundtable will act as an advisory body to the City Council by providing feedback on artistic and cultural activity within the community. The body will present an annual report to the City Council. Membership shall represent a mix of arts organizations, working artists, and arts educators. Members must be at least 18 years of age and must be an arts educator or working artist residing in Thousand Oaks, or a representative of an arts organization located in and/or doing business in the City. Members may not be officials or employees of the City and no organization may have more than one representative on the Roundtable at any given time.
