Agendas are the list of subjects to be discussed at the meeting. According to the California Ralph M. Brown Act, only topics listed on the public agenda can be discussed at that particular meeting so citizens are notified of the subject of the meeting.

Minutes are the official record of business conducted at City Council meetings. Summary notes of meetings are taken for Committees/Commissions/Boards.

City Council Documents

Agenda items received after agenda packet is printed are included in supplemental packets. Supplemental packets may include staff correspondence, additional support information, and correspondence from the public.

Regular Meeting Agendas and staff reports are available for review at the City Clerk Department, 2100 E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard, Thousand Oaks (main agenda posting location pursuant to the Brown Act, G.C. 54954.2(a)) a minimum of 72 hours prior to the meeting.

Special Meeting Agendas are posted a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
