                                                                                     City Seeks Applicants for Council on Aging

The City of Thousand Oaks is currently seeking applicants who are interested in serving on the Council on Aging.

The Council on Aging is a City Council appointed committee that serves as an advisory body to the City Council on senior adult issues within the community. The Council on Aging sponsors several events for seniors, including the annual Senior of the Year Awards, and oversees the City Senior Adult Master Plan.

There are currently five (5) scheduled vacancies on the Council on Aging; term to July 2022.  To apply, applicants must be City residents and 55 years of age or older.  Apply by June 17, 2020.
