Virtual Library – Anywhere, Anytime!

Even though the libraries in town are closed for the time being, you don’t have to be without their resources. The whole family can obtain a wealth of reading material, skills training, tutorials, music, films and so much more, free of charge through the City’s Virtual Library

It's easy and fast! Just go to the Library’s website at www.tolibrary.org and click on “Virtual Library.” Don't have a library card? Click here to obtain a virtual library card.
