Yoga for Beginners and Boomers

Friday, Jan.4 - Feb.22 (no session on Feb. 8)

Join us for a safety-conscious, lighthearted yoga class which will help you improve balance and create space in both mind and body. No flexibility or experience needed!  Great for people brand new to yoga or who want to avoid strenuous practice. Please bring a mat or a towel! 

Participants should be able to get up and off the ground.
