Yoga for Beginners and Boomers

 Join us for a safety-conscious, lighthearted yoga class which will help you improve balance and create space in both mind and body. No flexibility or experience needed!  Great for people brand new to yoga or who want to avoid strenuous practice. All levels welcome. Participants should bring a yoga mat. Email for questions.
