The City of Thousand Oaks operates a government television channel designated as TOTV-10 on behalf of the community of Thousand Oaks. The mission of TOTV is to provide direct, non-editorial information to citizens concerning local government, state and national issues of importance. Public Access Channel 25
The Public Access system operated by Time Warner provides video programming and production opportunities to Thousand Oaks residents or persons employed in the City who wish to communicate with the public through cable television.
