Welcome to the City of Thousand Oaks Online Services via Click2Gov. The City is pleased to present our citizens with this secure site which offers a convenient and quick way to access City services anytime. The City currently offers access to the following services online:
Using this free service, utility customers can:
- Make payments for your City Water and Wastewater bill using your checking account, credit card, or debit card (Visa or MasterCard only).
- View your account information (balance, payment, billing history, consumption history & service summary)
Your account number, cycle/route number, and an active e-mail address are all you need to access your information. Your account number and cycle/route number are printed on your utility bill. To access online utility billing or obtain utility billing registration instructions, click on the menubar located to your left.
To access online building permits click the menu bar to your left. Permit information may be accessed by application number, address, parcel number or owner’s name.
To schedule an inspection you will need an application number and a PIN number. The application number and PIN number are printed on the PERMIT form that was given to the applicant when the permit was issued. (Note: When you schedule an inspection, you are scheduling for the day only. However, two-hour time windows are provided on the day of the inspection. You can contact your inspector directly between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., on the morning of the inspection, for this time window, or contact Community Development at (805) 449-2500 (press 0 when you hear the recording) after 7:30 a.m.)

Using this free service, business owners can:
View Business License account information online and
Pay annual taxes and fees to complete the annual renewal of your Business License online using a Visa or Mastercard.
A Business License number and a Personal Identification Number (PIN) are all you need to access your information or renew your Business License online. Both of these numbers are located at the top of your annual Business License Renewal Notice.
