Thousand Oaks Transportation Center (TOTC) The TOTC supports local transit needs and provides enhanced customer access to destinations throughout Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles counties. TOTC was constructed using "green" practices to maximize energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact. TOTC is conveniently located near the 101/23 Freeway at 265 S. Rancho Road and is open 4:45 a.m. to 8:15 p.m., Monday through Friday. Amenities include: comfortable passenger waiting area, free WiFi, restrooms, vending machines, ticketing and pass purchasing, and ample secure parking.
