All lanes of Conejo School Road at the US 101 freeway will be closed to through traffic from 9 p.m. Wednesday, October 29 to 6 a.m. Thursday, October 30 (please note: nighttime closures on Conejo School Road may also take place intermittently during the week of November 3).
The northbound lanes of Moorpark Road at the US 101 freeway will be closed to through traffic from 9 p.m. Wednesday, October 29 to 6 a.m. Thursday, October 30. Southbound lanes on Moorpark will remain open.
The southbound US 101 off-ramp at Hampshire Road and Freeway Lane #4 (outside lane) will be closed from 8 p.m. Wednesday, October 29 to 6 a.m. Thursday, October 30 and from 8 p.m. Thursday, October 30 to 6 a.m. Friday, October 31.
Caltrans will be closing the SR-23 to US 101 Connector for two nights beginning October 30. This closure is not part of the 101/23 Interchange Improvement Project. The Southbound SR-23 to Southbound US 101 Connector will be closed from 7 p.m. Thursday, October 30 to 6 a.m. Friday, October 31. The Southbound SR-23 to Northbound US 101 Connector will be closed from 7 p.m. Friday, October 31 to 6 a.m. Saturday, November 1.

Bridge Widening Underway at Hampshire Road, Conejo School Road & Moorpark Road.
To accommodate the widening of the 101 Freeway, crews demolished a portion of the overcrossings at Hampshire Road, Conejo School Road and Moorpark Road (northbound side only). Now that demolition activity is done, one northbound lane at Hampshire Road and Moorpark Road will remain closed for an extended period of time, allowing crews to widen the 101 freeway overcrossings.
Long-Term Construction Impacts
While most construction activity will take place at night or during off-peak hours, lanes have been reduced in a few locations in order to facilitate construction activity. Intermittent nighttime lane closures on the northbound US 101 and surrounding on- and off-ramps may be required over the next few weeks, although no closures are currently scheduled. To avoid congestion and minimize delays related to this work, consider alternative routes and allow extra time to reach your destination if your trip involves the following routes:
