Planning Application Filing Fees Zoning Map Book Conejo Mobile Home Park Closure Impact Report The Conejo Mobile Home Park (1200 Newbury Road) has been proposed for closure. A copy of the Closure Impact Report for the Conejo Mobile Home Park is provided below. It provides information regarding the mobile home park and describes how the applicant proposes to provide relocation assistance to residents and mobile home owners. This propsal was approved with conditions on February 9, 2010. Conejo Mobile Home Park Closure Report: City of Thousand Oaks Unclaimed Property The City of Thousand Oaks is performing an audit of outstanding security deposit balances for the purpose of returning these funds to their rightful owners. A total of 24 accounts have been identified totaling $67,724.27. The list of names along with the amount of the credit on the account will be published in the Ventura County Star on July 9, 2010 and July 16, 2010. If not claimed by September 7, 2010, the security deposits will be considered abandoned property and credited to the general fund. Click the links below for more information.
