Residential Resale Application 

You can now retrieve the application for Residential Resale Records Search Report and Inspection on the Resale Web Page. You may print the application and mail it with a check to the address on the application or send it via title messenger.

Please make the check payable to City of Thousand Oaks.

Records Search Report: $65.00

Records Search Report and Inspection: $245.00

Follow-Up Inspection: $140.00

If you mail the application you will be notified by U.S. mail of the date your inspection has been scheduled. If you have it delivered via messenger, a date of inspection will be given to the messenger to return to you.

Record Search processing time is 10 working days from the time the request is received. Escrow officer will be notified when the report is ready.

Anyone may request a Records Search Report. However, owner's or listing agent's signature is required on application for Residential Resale Inspection.
