Agenda and backup reports are available for review at the City Clerk Department, 2100 E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard, Thousand Oaks (main posting location pursuant to the Brown Act, G.C. 54954.2(a), Thousand Oaks Library, Newbury Park Branch Library, Chamber of Commerce, East Valley Sheriff's Station, the Goebel Senior Adult Center (agenda only), and on the City website by 12:00 p.m. (noon) Friday prior to the meeting date. Agendas may also be mailed to interested parties who submit self-addressed, stamped envelopes to the City Clerk.

Agenda item information received after Agenda Packet is printed is included in Supplemental Packets. Supplemental Packets include Staff reports and support information, and/or exhibits/input from directly affected parties received after the official agenda packet has been printed.

Supplemental Packets will be produced as needed, typically a maximum of two (2). Due to identity theft concerns, City policy prohibits posting of private citizen correspondence on City website. Supplemental Packets are available for review in the City Clerk Department, 2100 E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard, during normal business hours (main posting location pursuant to the Brown Act, G.C. 54954.2(a), and also in the Council Chambers during the City Council/Redevelopment Agency Meeting.
