Hours of Operation Weekdays 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Service Area Services are available within the Thousand Oaks City bounday and the County areas of Ventu Park, Rolling Oaks, Lynn Ranch. For a map of the service area, click here. Reservations may be made by calling (805) 375-5467 and may be made-up to one week in advance but no later than one hour prior to an appointment. Please allow 30 minutes to be picked up and another 30 minutes to reach your destination. Fare Fare is $1.50 each way and exact change is required, as drivers do not carry cash. Passengers traveling on weekends to and from the same location receive a half price fare. Dial-A-Ride Cards A Dial-A-Ride card may be purchased at the Finance Department Customer Service Counter, Thousand Oaks City Hall, 2100 Thousand Oaks Boulevard. Please call (805) 449-2201 for details. Standard Senior Pass Must be at least 62 years of age and a resident of Thousand Oaks or a County unincorporated area. Proof of residence is required. Cost of Card: $1.00 Fares: Weekday - $1.50 (one-way) Saturday & Sunday - $1.50 (one-way) ADA Paratransit Service Must have a certified Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Card, which is issued through the Ventura County Transportation Commission. Please provide the exact address of pickup and destination locations. Watch for the arrival of the Dial-A-Ride vehicle to avoid delays and to keep service on schedule. Please have your Dial-A-Ride card ready to show the driver when you are picked up. Drivers will collect fares, and tipping is not required.
