The Thousand Oaks Transportation Center is undergoing major upgrades. The improved Center will offer a comfortable passenger waiting area, additional restrooms, and vending machines. Transit customers will be able to purchase tickets and passes here as well. Currently, transportation options offered at the Transportation Center include Thousand Oaks Transit and Dial-A-Ride, VISTA, and MTA. Soon, this will be expanded to include LADOT; the potential for airport shuttle service is also being considered. Current amenities such as shelters, benches, information display, bicycle racks, lockers, restrooms, telephones, and an electric vehicle charging station, will remain at the Center throughout and after construction.
