The goal of the Human Resources Office is to attract, develop and retain a diverse, well-qualified and professional workforce that reflects the high standards of the community we serve. In addition the Human Resources Office provides professional, proactive, quality services to our internal and external customers. We are committed to developing and maintaining a high quality of work life, adhering to equitable and ethical personnel standards and effectively managing risks to the City.

We carry out this mission with integrity, dignity and responsiveness by:
