The Thousand Oaks Child Care Center, located at 110 S. Conejo School Road, offers year round childcare and development services for ages 6 weeks through 6 years. Owned by the City, the Thousand Oaks Childcare Center is operated by Roots and Wings Family Development Centers, Sherri Laboon, director. This state-of-the-art facility features an Infant Center, two classes of Older Infants and Toddlers, and a part-time and full-time Preschool Program.
