Minutes

It takes approximately two to three weeks for City Council minutes to be prepared and approved. Citizens may request copies of minutes, certified minute excerpts or audio meeting tape copies for a fee. Minutes are posted on the bulletin board just outside the City Clerk counter area and are also posted on the City’s website. Additionally, minutes are scanned and stored on the City's Imaging System and accessible to citizens in the City Clerk Department. Minutes (beginning October 16, 2001) are available on the Website. Other Committees/Commissions/Boards summary notes are also posted on the City website. This process can take up to a month depending on the frequency of the meeting schedule of the committee.
