| City Council Agenda and backup reports are available for review at the Thousand Oaks Library, Newbury Park Branch Library, Chamber of Commerce, East Valley Sheriff's Station, the Goebel Senior Adult Center, the City Clerk Department and on the City website by 12:00 p.m. (noon) Friday prior to the meeting date. Agendas may also be mailed to interested parties who submit self-addressed, stamped envelopes to the City Clerk.
Agenda item information received after Agenda Packet is printed is included in Supplemental Packets. Supplemental Packets include Staff reports and support information, and/or exhibits/input from directly affected parties received after the official agenda packet has been printed.
Supplemental Packets will be produced as needed with a maximum of two (2). Due to identity theft issues, City policy prohibits posting of private citizen e-mails and letters on City website. Supplemental Packets will also be available for review in City Clerk Department, City Hall lobby and Council Meeting.
