The Neighborhood City Center for Young Children, located at 110 S. Conejo School Road, offers year round childcare and development services for ages 6 weeks through 6 years.

Owned by the City, the Neighborhood City Center for Young Children is operated by Conejo Valley Neighborhood for Learning, Brenda Hunter, Executive Director. This state-of-the-art facility features an Infant Center, two classes of Older Infants and Toddlers, and a part-time and full-time Preschool Program. Each program group will be staffed with experienced childcare providers with a very low staff to child ratio.
