Cultural Affairs Commission
The Thousand Oaks Cultural Affairs Commission (CAC) serves as an advisory body to the City Council.  The principle purpose of the CAC is to provide advice on matters pertaining to the arts and cultural development in the City with priority focus on the Thousand Oaks Performing Arts Center's Fred Kavli Theatre and Scherr Forum Theatre.  The CAC has 11 members appointed by the City Council.

The Cultural Affairs Commission also manages grant opportunities including Community Event Endowment Fund (CEEF) and Performance Grants/Theatre Credits.  Click here for more information.
