Thousand Oaks Transit (TOT) requests your assistance in compiling information and public sentiment about our service. Completing this short survey will help us better understand the travel needs of our customers and provide insight into future program development.

As our thanks for taking the time to share your opinions, all completed surveys will be entered into a random drawing on June 29, 2005 for a TOT Rider Prize Pack valued at $550.00! The Prize Pack includes a whole year of TOT transit passes and a backpack, water bottle, and other goodies to make your trips more enjoyable.
