Community Survey Cards Mailed

The City of Thousand Oaks is conducting a Community Attitude Survey allowing City officials to sample resident satisfaction and sentiment on a variety of community issues. By taking a few minutes to complete the 12-minute survey online, residents will help the City to gauge performance and better align priorities for the future.

The City contracted with True North Research, an independent survey research firm, to conduct the survey in two stages and summarize results. Stage one included a random sample telephone and online survey to 400 households. Stage two consists of a web version of the same survey open to all adult residents.

Postcards with online survey instructions and two PIN numbers for each adult resident per household have been mailed to residential addresses citywide. Free computer terminals are available at the Grant R. Brimhall and Newbury Park libraries for those without internet access.
